Arlington real estate is my specialty. I know all Arlington neighborhoods thoroughly. I have lived in Arlington since 1958 and, as a full-time seasoned residential real estate pro since 1973, I am a veteran in this business. Nothing is likely to arise that I have not already experienced and successfully handled. I have worked in every unique market condition and successfully guided sellers and buyers through each and every one. Proactively implementing sound solutions is what I do - sparing sellers and buyers from frustration, worry and potential loss.

Known as a straight shooter, I provide clear unbiased analysis to sellers and buyers with whom I work even if they would prefer not to hear it. They receive accurate facts from me as well as my frank opinion of property positives and negatives as well as recommended strategies for their success. No sugar-coating. No drama. I give my clients access to the trusted, talented and reliable resources that I use personally...tradespeople, stagers, home inspectors, ultra-experienced lenders, real estate attorneys and more.  Sellers and buyers with whom I work have peace-of-mind and total confidence that their selling/buying experience will be smooth and stress-free...and it is.
