I am Hilary Hurst, a motivated, ethical, high energy sales associate and Realtor in the Upstate of SC! I work in Greenville and surrounding areas,

My history in real estate sales dates back to childhood, tagging along with my grandparents for showings in Glenville, North Carolina. Launching my own career during the early 2000s recession, I honed my attention to detail and developed a personal brand of service that has not fluctuated with market conditions. My definition of success goes far beyond a financial transaction. With this in mind, I serve as a relentless advocate for my clients. Residing in downtown Greenville and on Lake Keowee, I have been assisting buyers and sellers throughout the region with Coldwell Banker Caine (CBC) since 2009, and I’ve developed a wide array of connections and friendships throughout more than 35 years in the Upstate area. Additionally, I’ve worked with our relocation company for more than 10 years, helping families from many corporations and the military feel at home. I am proud to be a Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist and to have obtained the Guild designation through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I’m also a member of the International President's Circle Society, composed of fewer than 7 percent of CBC agents worldwide. My community is important to me, and I support it as a United Way Palmetto Society member. I take care of myself by being a member of Orange Theory , Soul Yoga and enjoying all sorts of recreation on beautiful Lake Keowee.
