It's all about the water for Lisa Ferring. Originally from Long Beach Island, NJ, Lisa fell in love with the Keys after purchasing a vacation home in 2004. Six months later she made the Keys her permanent home. Lisa moved to Miami in 1987 and began her successful real estate career in 1989 with a luxury condo developer. She was soon promoted to Broker of Mystic Point Realty in Aventura. In 1999, Lisa became one of the top producing agents for Wimbish-Riteway Realtors, a Sotheby's International Realty affiliate on Miami Beach while specializing in luxury estate home sales. Since joining the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Team in the Florida Keys, Lisa has consistently outperformed the competition. She has been ranked the #1 Residential Agent in the Florida Keys for sales volume every year since 2015.
