It's all about the water for Lisa Ferringo. Originally from Long Beach Island, NJ, Lisa fell in love with the Keys after purchasing a vacation home in 2004. Six months later she made the Keys her permanent home. Lisa moved to Miami in 1987 and began her successful real estate career in 1989 with a luxury condo developer. She was soon promoted to Broker of Mystic Point Realty in Aventura. In 1999, Lisa became one of the top producing agents for Wimbish-Riteway Realtors, a Sotheby's International Realty affiliate on Miami Beach while specializing in luxury estate home sales. Since joining the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Team in the Florida Keys, Lisa has consistently outperformed the competition. She has been ranked the #1 Residential Agent in the Florida Keys for sales volume every year since 2015. Always striving for the top, The Lisa Ferringo Group was honored to be ranked the #2 small team by Coldwell Banker for ALL of North America in 2023 with $142 Million in sales! Lisa and her husband Jason, a Keys native and full-time commercial fisherman, could not be more pleased with raising their 2 children in such a beautiful island community where family time is often spent fishing and snorkeling in the surrounding turquoise waters.
