The Jills Zeder Group has once again solidified its position as a leading force in luxury real estate, achieving two remarkable sales records in Miami-Dade County.

In a groundbreaking transaction, Jill Hertzberg, Danny Hertzberg, and Jill Eber orchestrated the sale of 18 La Gorce and 16 La Gorce on La Gorce Island in Miami, Florida, for a combined total of $122 million. Representing the trust of the late Dr. M. Lee Pearce, the Jills Zeder Group successfully sold the properties, with proceeds benefiting medical research and charity, per media reports.

Located on the prestigious La Gorce Island, the La Gorce assemblage comprises four waterfront parcels offering breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Three parcels were sold to a single buyer for $100 million, setting a new sales record for Miami-Dade County. The remaining parcel sold for $22 million.

"This is a major milestone for Miami," commented Danny Hertzberg. "Pre-pandemic, the record for a single-property sale was $47 million." The $100 million sale underscores the strength and resilience of the luxury real estate market in Miami. Added Jill Eber: "This exceptional transaction reflects Miami's growing stardom as a top global destination for the wealthiest individuals – right on par with New York, London, and Dubai. We've seen more sales exceeding $10 million this year than in years past. That tells us the city's brand power is stronger than ever."

In another extraordinary feat, the Jills Zeder Group also set a new record for Miami's ultra-exclusive Hibiscus Island with the recent $39 million sale of a waterfront estate inspired by the architectural style of the Hôtel Particulier. Blending the architectural heritage of an 18th-century French chateau with modern tropical design, the contemporary masterpiece was designed by Touzet Studio with interiors by Linda Zarifi Design and landscaping by Enea Garden Design. The 10,780-square-foot residence presents seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and nearly 120 feet of water frontage. Prior to this sale, the Jills Zeder Group closed on the highest sale ever in the history of Hibiscus Island with a sale for $32.5 million.

"The Jills Zeder Group's expertise and dedication to their clients were instrumental in achieving these remarkable sales, further solidifying their reputation as leaders in the luxury real estate market," said Michael Altneu, Vice President of Global Luxury for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. "These record-breaking sales not only showcase their leadership in the global luxury market but also underscore Miami’s enduring appeal as a sought-after destination for the new modern luxury lifestyle. Their ability to consistently deliver exceptional results for their clients is a testament to the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury promise: to deliver exceptional results and exceed our clients' expectations, no matter the market conditions."
