Areas of Expertise I specialize in the mid-Fairfield County market, keeping a very close eye of the trends and changes as the current market evolves, including keeping stats on market activity for eight towns. As a Preview Specialist I enjoy figuring out how to gain the most exposure for high-end, antique and other special homes. Educating buyers on the nuances of the market and the differences between the towns in our local area is enjoyable as well.
