I am a native of Southern California and have lived in the San Gabriel Valley all my life, as well as raising children here.
I have been in the Real Estate business since 1975 and was affiliated with the Herbert Hawkins Company for over 20 years, where I placed myself in the multi-million dollar sales bracket year after year. My success continued with Prudential John Douglas and now Coldwell Banker, which have all had successful mergers and has been beneficail in a challenging market where servicing the needs of our clientele is our prime concern.
Through the years, I have won many recognition awards for Top Sales Associate and #1 Listing Agent. I have consisitently been one of the top producers in the San Gabriel Valley. My achievements also include: * International President's Circle * Leading Edge Society * President's Club * Certified Relocation Agent * Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) * International President's Circle.
I am extremely active in the community and serve on all the local Boards of Realtors.
My operating philosophy is to determine needs, wants and goals and then negotiate the best possible solutions. I have never forgotten the definition of an agent.
