The first thing everyone says about Cathy is that she is always smiling! Her success is due to her warm personality, attention to detail and vast knowledge of the real estate market. Whether representing a savvy client in a multimillion dollar transaction or a first time buyer for a $700,000 condo, Cathy gives each client the same dedicated service, with a strong commitment to honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction.
Having over 25 years in sales, her experience in negotiating is one of her biggest assets. Her ability to create a calm atmosphere in the midst of a stressful situation has always impressed her colleagues and clients.
Cathy is well connected throughout the Westside. Born in Los Angeles, and raised in Beverly Hills since she was 9 years old, her familiarity with the city and its surrounding communities proves to be very valuable.
Cathy is the past president of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and served on their Board of Directors for 25 years. She co-chaired the Women of Distinction Luncheon the Guts & Glory Gala. She is currently on the Imagine the Cure Gala committee. She participated in 7 triathlons for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, ran in 3 LA marathons and rode in the California AidsRide from San Francisco to Los Angeles. She is a Life Member of Hadassah and past president of Beverly Hills Little League. In addition, she has participated in the MS150 Bike Tour benefiting Multiple Sclerosis. She enjoys traveling and spending her free time with her family, especially her grandson, Oliver!
