From the very beginning, he genuinely cared about our personal situation and tailored our experience to our own needs. He took the time to meet with us in person before diving into anything more formal. As first-time home buyers, we were overwhelmed and uncertain about what the home-buying process entailed. Mark was extremely patient with us (it took us over a year to find our house!). He outlined the process in detail, took us to see several houses, and always had valuable information to share without imposing his own opinion. Mark is extremely knowledgable about Bozeman and the surrounding areas, building features, codes, the history of things, requirements, and potential issues, costs, and other things to consider when buying a house. Mark makes sure you understand every step of the process and doesn't make you feel silly for asking a ton of questions. Through the entire process – all the way through to submitting an offer letter and eventually signing closing papers, Mark was there to explain, add details, and make sure we felt comfortable.
