Ashley has sold homes throughout Oahu, with a focus on properties in urban Honolulu to Hawaii Kai. She is passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, investors, and those looking to upgrade or "right-size" their home, based on their current life goals. Ashley graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in Travel Industry Management and emphasis in hospitality. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she worked in a luxury real estate brokerage property management division where she specialized in managing vacation rentals and established relationships with local, national and foreign investors focused on the Hawaii market.
Ashley was raised on Oahu's North Shore where she was a nationally ranked competitive surfer, and still loves to get in the water when she can. As a resident of Manoa, she provides first-hand insight into each submarket within the metro Oahu area.
