Sue Bromiley is a certified "Previews International Property Specialist" and a certified "Negotiation Specialist" as well as being awarded the title of International Presidents's Elite and is in the "Top Ten" in the Coldwell Banker Encino office.
Sue devotes a great deal of her time previewing new Real Estate properties that become available, because in this competitive market you have to keep up with inventory and pricing. Sue's clients depend on her knowledge and expertise to guide them through the purchase or selling of their home.
Sue has lived in the San Fernando Valley for over thirty years and is familiar with most of the surrounding communities. She is a member of both the San Fernando and the Westside Board of Realtors.
