Personal Background

Cristie Marcus is a California native, born & raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended San Diego State University, and her junior year of college she studied in Sweden. Cristie returned to California, graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Her love of music the arts lead Cristie to a career in the radio and record industry, as well as acting in TV commercials and films. 1984 she moved to beautiful Sonoma County. Cristie began her Real Estate career in 1986 receiving a Rookie of the Year award. She has been a Top Producing Realtor ever since. Cristie has been consistently awarded as Top Agent in her Coldwell Banker Mission office, as well as one of the Top 100 Agents in all of Coldwell Banker in Northern California. As of 2019, Cristie is in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide!
Cristie and her husband, John Brodey, live in Sonoma County's Valley of the Moon area with their Bichon Frize pup, Cosmo and Olive the cat that they rescued in Los Olivos, CA. They like hiking in Annadel State Park with an entrance across from their front door! Cristie and John enjoy travel, take an afternoon of golf whenever possible, and enjoy visiting the numerous local wineries and the many extraordinary restaurants in the area.
