Julia Amsterdam is a South Florida real estate professional known for her strategic marketing, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional client service. Often sought out for her thoughtful approach and discretion, Julia represents buyers and sellers across all price points-from first-time homeowners to luxury and high-profile clientele.

Luxury Certified, Julia has been entrusted with the representation of several notable South Florida properties, including a $5.1 million residence at Presidential Place at the Boca Raton Beach Club, and she has represented a record-setting residential sale in Coral Springs.

Originally from Connecticut and New York City, Julia began her career as a professional musical theatre actress and earned her MFA from Sarah Lawrence College. Her travels throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa shaped her appreciation for people and cultures. Julia also speaks fluent Polish, a language she taught herself to read and write at the age of five.

Now deeply rooted in South Florida, Julia combines sophisticated marketing with a strong understanding of the Palm Beach County & South Florida lifestyle. She works alongside her husband and business partner, John Wayne, whose background in construction and renovation provides valuable insight to their clients.
