Kim Chitwood has been in the real estate field for over 36 years and a Henderson resident now for 32 years. For 23 years, Kim was in the new home building arena, departing in 2019 from William Lyon Homes as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Throughout those years in new homes, she garnered a valuable education developing an expertise in a number of critical real estate developer channels: *Negotiated thousands of purchase agreements giving her that confidence of negotiate for both buyers and sellers. *Market analysis experience and pricing of new home communities, she is able to confidently price homes to sell. *Coordination between lenders, escrow, agents and buyers, giving her the knowledge to assure a smooth transaction. *Staying current with the new marketing techniques to market and advertise to a specific buyer and seller.
Her experience covers all real estate product offerings from luxury residence, semi-custom, age-qualified, first-time buyer and multi-family homes. She was personally involved in managing the marketing, sales and closings of over 7,170 homes in Southern Nevada.
Kim boasts extensive experience working with several renowned builders, including Christopher Homes, Blue Heron, Toll Brothers, Century Communities, Taylor Morrison and DR Horton. Each builder brings a unique style and approach to the table, and through her collaborations with them, Kim has gained valuable insights and expertise. Her work spans across various prestigious areas of the valley, such as MacDonald Highlands, Lake Las Vegas, Summerlin, Southern Highlands, The Ridges, and the Northwest.
Through her work with these builders across prime locations in the valley, Kim has developed a deep understanding of the homebuilding process—from design and construction to customer service.
