Business Philosophy For me, real estate is not about the land or even the houses. I deal in the hopes and dreams of my clients. I buy and sell new beginnings...a place to call one's own.
To do this, I get to know my clients...asking where they are coming from, what are their goals, their priorities? What/who is important to them? Then, I translate their vision into a home that will deliver on their hopes and dreams.
It takes work. It's not a 9-5, Monday through Friday job. It's about commitment. I believe clients should enjoy the same level of specialized expertise and professionalism that they experience with their doctor, lawyer, banker. So, I keep up to speed on the market, the opportunities, and the essence of our craft. And I return phone calls.
