Minette is married to local sporting hero David Stapleton a former U.S. Ski Team World Cup Racer whose pioneering ranching family homesteaded in Aspen in 1881. They have two amazing daughters (Taylor) and stepdaughter (Chandler).Her Personal philosophy: We have a responsibility to give back. Philanthropy is very important. It is a philosophy I live by and one I try to instill in my children. With that in mind Minette currently serves on the LIFT-UP board and has been privileged to be apart of their program for more than a decade.Since moving to Aspen she has been involved in several redevelopment projects and has a flair for spotting opportunity. Green minded Minette draws from her early studies in energy engineering and alternative resources at the University of A. and applies that sensibility when advising her clients. Today real estate is a full time passion.For Minette real estate has always been a family affair. Her father was Director of the School of Architecture at the Univerity of A. and her mother was an engineer working in construction management. Minette literally grew up on job sites fostering an appreciation for development architecture and design. Minette first visited Aspen in the summer of 1989 and like many never left. Her passion for the outdoors and the Aspen lifestyle has given her deep roots both personally and professionally in the Colorado Rockies.
