Tom's interest in real estate started at the age of 14 when he watch Mr. Blandings Builds HIs Dream House, a 1948 movie depicting a family that moved from the city to the country and bought a fixer-upper. He was also influenced by a monthly article in Yankee Magazine, This House for Sale . Tom specializes in second home sales, new construction and residential construction consulting Tom holds degrees in Building Construction and Civil Engineering. Prior to selling real estate he worked for a multi national construction company.
