Thomas M. Kersey is a top-producing REALTOR® and Broker specializing in Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and the surrounding South Carolina Lowcountry.
Since beginning his real estate career in 2014, Thomas has represented buyers and sellers across hundreds of transactions and more than $500 million in career sales volume. His experience encompasses luxury residences, relocation, new construction, investment properties, estates and complex transactions requiring strategic representation.
Before entering real estate, Thomas studied Legal Studies/Paralegal Studies and gained experience in estate planning, asset protection and probate. That background continues to influence his analytical, detail-oriented approach to real estate and negotiation.
An INTJ personality type, Thomas is naturally drawn to strategy, independent thinking, problem-solving and long-range planning. Rather than approaching every transaction with the same formula, he studies the property, market, competition and client's objectives to develop an individualized strategy.
His philosophy is represented by a simple phrase that has become synonymous with his business: “I-Close.” To Thomas, closing is not simply about completing a transaction; it means identifying the strategy and solutions necessary to accomplish his client's objectives while protecting their interests throughout the process.

Born in Savannah and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Thomas lives locally with his wife, Brittani, and their two children. He is also active in REALTOR® leadership, property-rights advocacy and mentoring younger professionals.
