Tim having come from Upstate New York to graduate from Colorado
State University and began his business life in Colorado. Tim decided to get his real estate license in 1983 after seeing
a newspaper ad with the ambition to buy a home someday. Fast forward to 2002…
Tim began a new career in real estate by joining Coldwell Banker in the Summit
County. Tim found that his successful business background of sales, marketing,
management, leadership and technology would allow him to pave a way to a
successful award recognized 19-year real estate career with Coldwell Banker in
Summit County, Colorado.
Tim decided to join Coldwell Banker due to the integrity,
track record and the national brand recognition in Summit County, Colorado and
the throughout the United States. Tim began his real estate business in
December 2002 where he started to integrate hard work with learning the
successful steps needed to begin providing customer orientated real estate
services to Buyers and Sellers in Summit County.
You will find Tim to be very interested and dedicated in
providing the best real estate experience in finding the right property for
Buyers or providing experience and expertise in understanding the selling
process for all his Sellers.
Tim discovered early on the value and persistency of
identifying client’s needs came to light during one of first real estate
transaction where he ended up showing 52 different properties, writing three
separate real estate contracts and after 6 months of diligently working with
his clients, he was able to find the right home for his clients. This beginning
of his real estate journey led to earning the Coldwell Banker
International Sterling Society Award for national sales recognition
within his second year with Coldwell Banker. He has continued to achieve and be
a multiple recipient of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society
and Presidential Society Awardsthroughout his career. He learned that
to maintain business success you had to continue learning the best ways to serve
clients and customers to continue success. He went on to earn business credentials
of Certified Residential Specialist and Global Luxury Certification
Designations among a select group of real estate agents in the U.S.
His business principals of honesty, listening to the needs
of clients, hard work, effective communication, market knowledge, continuing
education and attention to details earned him continued business recognitions
through his leadership and hard work on behalf of his Buyer and Seller clients.
