Sam Mariano is an East Bay native, who graduated from Newark Memorial High School in Newark, and continued his education at San Jose State. Sam has over 24+ years in the real estate industry. He comes from a marketing and sales executive position, where he was a multi-million dollar producer for a fortune 500 title company. Sam currently owns his own technology consulting company and brings that experience and expertise to the team. He is passionate about keeping up with the latest real estate technology, marketing, and trends. His ability to stay on the cutting edge with the latest technology and marketing tools is what helps give us the ability to get the most visibility and exposure for our clients and our brand. Sam also has a unique quality of being able to understand technology and people, which helps him translate and deliver technology-driven solutions for both our team and our clients. Sam currently resides in Brentwood with his wife April and their two sons Liam and Kade. Most important to Sam is his family and his faith. When Sam is not in front of his computer, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, camping, being outdoors, traveling, snowboarding, the beach, and of course his favorite Bay Area sports teams.
