About me

Kim Rand has distinguished herself in the real estate industry since 1986. Kim has built a reputation as a hard-working broker with the knowledge, intellect, sensitivity, and expertise to assist all of her clients in realizing their real estate goals. She has a predominantly referral-based clientele which is a testament to these attributes. Throughout her career she has won many sales awards. Most recently, she was ranked in the top 3% of NRT's list of top broker nationwide.

Kim grew up in Scarsdale, went to Syracuse University and graduated from the School of Management with an Accounting degree. Then she moved back to Westchester where she raised her family.
