I grew up in Granite Bay in an idyllic home my father built near Folsom Lake. There is nowhere else like Placer County in California. It is centrally located and near the Sierra Mountains, San Francisco, Napa and the Sacramento International Airport.
After graduating from the University of the Pacific with a degree in Business, I moved to the outskirts of Boston, and then San Francisco to work for some larger companies. I then opened my own home décor business a few years later "flipped" a few houses in Marin before moving home with my family and pursuing a career in real estate.
I have one young adult attending college, another at an elementary school in Loomis and another attending Del Oro High School. This being said, I am active in the parent teacher clubs, volunteer for Del Oro band competitions, Loomis Basin Swim Team, I am a project leader for 4H.
I understand the area and what each diverse town has to offer my clients. Placer County provides buyers with a wide range of lifestyle choices to fit their wants and needs. There are the laid back areas of Loomis, Auburn, Newcastle and Penryn to the busy and growing areas of Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln. In addition, there are 55 + communities that offer golf, bocce, swimming and other clubhouse activities, to the exclusive areas of Granite Bay and the smaller towns in the foothills.
