Stephen Swanton

I moved to St. Croix in 2015, having always dreamed of living in the Caribbean. I had been an avid cyclist prior to moving to St. Croix, but never participated in any endurance racing. In 2015, I signed up for a triathlon, on a whim, without even knowing how to swim! Since then, I used a systematic and data-driven approach combined with dedication and discipline to become a top triathlete and elite cyclist on St. Croix and I am the Vice President of the Virgin Islands Triathlon Federation. I have competed at the international level in both cycling and triathlon and was the overall winner of the 2018 “Beauty and the Beast Triathlon” (formerly the Ironman 70.3 race).

In my training, I have explored every inch of this beautiful island and I use that knowledge to help clients find their perfect island homes, condos, or home sites. I am looking forward to helping others find the same joy and fulfillment I have found since moving to St. Croix.
