That is why in 2010 (after 3 years of negotiations with the wonderful Joyce Bytoff) I merged Door County Horizons with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group. Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group was the #1 company in Northeast WI...with 3 offices in Door County we now became the #1 company in Door County. I was then able to focus all of my attention on my clients and customers and quickly became the #1 Coldwell Banker agent in Door County (2011-21),Joyce left a succession plan after her passing, they sold to another family run Coldwell Banker franchise from Northern IL, Honig-Bell. We are now part of the #1 Coldwell Banker Franchise in the Nation with offices throughout IL and WI (think where buyers come from for Door County property). I am thankful to be part of this great group, the training, web marketing, advertising tools, are second to none. In 2017 all offices became Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group.
