Shar's goal is to bring a professional, business-oriented approach to buying and selling real estate. Consistent attention to her client's needs and a practical hands-on approach allow her to achieve her goal and to help clients realize their potential in the real estate market.
Since 1999 Shar has managed Fremont Place, one of the most historic gated communities in Los Angeles, and she continues in that role, which requires interacting with 72 homeowners. Shar is also a resident of Fremont Place and has a unique knowledge of the community and its surrounding areas. As a mother of three children, who first attended St James School on Wilshire Blvd. and then Brentwood School, she has expanded her knowledge of the market beyond Windsor Square and Hancock Park to Brentwood, Beverly Hills and Westwood areas.
Shar, having relocated with her family from Australia, has also lived in London and the South of France. Having bought and sold properties in London, Australia and Los Angeles, she brings an international perspective of real estate to her community and to those who are new to the business of buying and selling homes.A board member of the Hollywood Bowl Patronesses, a member of the Ebell of Los Angeles, Shar is also involved in the mentor program of the 'I Have a Dream Foundation.
