A trusted luxury real estate professional known for his sharp attention to detail, client-centric approach and commitment to the highest ethical standards, Matt Rice has been involved in real estate since 2007 when he launched his career as a real estate investor in the Northern Virginia market. Since 2017, when Matt became a licensed California Real Estate Agent, he has been helping buyers, sellers and investors navigate the Southern California market, with a special focus on the beach cities of the South Bay. Matt and his family relocated back to Leesburg, Virginia in 2020, and he subsequently became licensed in Virginia in addition to maintaining his California licensure. Matt is a Certified Luxury Property Specialist and is a Gilded Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Matt's well-rounded experience in all aspects of the industry, from negotiations to marketing and advertising, along with his expansive global reach, allows him to provide his clients with the absolute best support throughout every aspect of a transaction. Matt draws on his over 20 years of experience as a government executive, over 10 years in the real estate industry, and Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University (Boston) to effectively listen and attend to his clients' needs and guide them through successful transactions in which goals are met and expectations exceeded. Matt's confidence during the negotiating process, experience across diverse markets and natural ability to communicate with his clients along the way have all played a part in the successful track record he has built in the business. Detail-oriented and tenacious in his efforts to get his clients to a successful close, Matt understands the decisions surrounding a sale or purchase are often difficult ones, and is proud to serve as a sounding board, partner, and trusted guide through every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys spending time with his family traveling-whether it's a quick getaway back to Long Beach, or a more elaborate trip out of the country.
