Kris Kelly, a native Floridian, moved to Gainesville in 1995 to attend the University of Florida and fell in love with our beautiful community. After earning degrees in Psychology and Criminology, she began her career in Victim Services at the State Attorney’s Office, where she worked for over 14 years as a program coordinator, victim advocate, and conference planner. During her time at the State Attorney’s Office, Kris supported thousands of residents of Gainesville, where her compassion, understanding, knowledge, and communication skills have proven invaluable during their time of need. Kris has a solid foundation in helping people navigate through unfamiliar territory, with a confident and reassuring personality balanced with boundless energy. Kris has an obsession for all things real estate – including renovations and remodels. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2013, she has enjoyed putting her passion, vision, and enthusiasm to work for the residents of Alachua County. Kris and her husband, Karl Bullock, have two young children, Harper & Dexter, and enjoy hiking, biking, music, and especially the culture of downtown Gainesville.
