EXPERIENCE Our Goodrich Team has over 30 years of experience in the sale of residential real estate. Dick is a Broker Associate and a former executive with a major financial institution where he negotiated with CEO's and CFO's from Fortune 1000 corporations. His wife Terry is a past training director and current assistant manager within the Westlake Village Office.

EDUCATION Dick is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Southern California where he obtained his Bachelor and Master's degrees. His is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa . Dick has also completed extensive training courses along with his wife qualifying them as certified relocation specialists and luxury property specialists.
COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY Dick is past Chairman of the Alliance for the Arts Board of Directors in Thousand Oaks where he served for 25 years. He is also past president and former 25 year board member of the Casa Pacifica Board of Directors. Casa Pacifica is a 22 acre public/private facility for abused and at risk youth and families in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Dick and his wife Terry have been residents of the Conejo Valley for over 30 years and have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren.
