About
Before beginning my real estate
career in 2020 with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, I worked as a
paralegal in New Bern, where I built a strong foundation in contracts,
timelines, and details—the very skills that make real estate transactions
successful. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of assisting with more than 100
closings across the area. My team, Wallace Realty Group, is small but
mighty, and together we make sure we provide you with exceptional service.
Originally from Washington State, I
moved to North Carolina in 2016 with my pups and quickly fell in love with the
community. Today, I live in Havelock with my husband, a Marine Corps veteran,
and our dogs - Snoopy, Charlie and Lucy. We love the local food, entertainment,
and the quick access to both downtown New Bern and Atlantic Beach—not to
mention the “Sounds of Freedom” from our nearby Marine Corps Air Station.
I’m proud to give back by serving
on the Havelock Chamber of Commerce Board, and the City of Havelock Planning
Board.
My father, a Vietnam Army
helicopter pilot, taught me the importance of integrity, discipline, and always
giving 110%. Those lessons inspire the way I and my team serve my clients
