Coming Home To Pinehurst


Leslie Riederer isn’t in Kansas anymore.

Not since 2016, to be exact, when she left her storied state to move to another idyllic place: Pinehurst.

“After visiting my daughter here, I fell in love with the area,” she recalls, adding that she returned home to plan her next steps and pack her bags.



Leslie brought with her a lot of real estate knowledge as an experienced agent.

She first signed on as an administrative assistant for a top-producing agent in the state and then joined Coldwell Banker Advantage in Southern Pines/Pinehurst. The firm is part of a group of offices named #1 in North America in the Coldwell Banker franchise system.

Leslie understands the needs of individuals and families, including the military-affiliated. She is the wife of a Veteran and mom to an active-duty son and a daughter who works in healthcare. She is also a “Gigi” to three.

Being involved in the community is important to Leslie who serves as the treasurer for the Pinehurst #6 HOA, a substitute teacher, and child advocate.

When she isn’t working or volunteering, she enjoys exploring local businesses and North Carolina beaches, and playing pickleball and golf.
