About Me

Peter Raia

What can you say about a 6'4' retired Marine who drives a Smart Car and wears peace symbols every day? One client said it best about this very rare breed of real estate professional who is a unique mixture of patience and strength, and a natural relationship builder: 'Peter really cares. He was willing to spend as much time as needed to understand us as people, not just as buyers or sellers. That's a real difference.'

For Peter, it's not just about the sale. What motivates him about the real estate business is getting to know his clients, understanding them deeply, and meeting their needs in unexpected ways. He enjoys educating people and helping them recognize and explore all their options. If you're seeking a true partner you can lean on, ask questions to without the worry of feeling stupid, and trust to always protect your interests, Peter is your man. He will go above and beyond to meet your needs and negotiate the best deal, so you'll walk away knowing you have a realtor you can turn to for life.
