In the winter of 2015, our family made the decision to move to Southern California. We spent 17 years in our home and our greatest criteria for selecting a Realtor was to find a Realtor that values the work we had done to the home. The property was built in 1933 and over 17 years we remodeled the entire home. Patty and Carrie were so genuinely impressed by the work we had done. The other Realtors we spoke to really didn't appreciate all that we had done. Patty and Carrie knew exactly how to market the property. They took beautiful pictures and spent time with my wife and I to understand the different unique things we had done in finishing the home. The marketing literature was very professional and when we listed the home, the two of them were there each weekend personally taking the time to show the home. They advised us throughout the process and found the perfect buyer in less than 60 days. They worked closely with us through the closing process and the most important part was they found a buyer who was not buying a house but instead, they were buying a home. This made it easier for my wife and me to turn over the keys to a family that loved the property and would enjoy raising their family in their new home. I cannot say enough positive things about Patty and Carrie. In the end, they were not our Realtors they had become our friends.
