Jacqui is a native Floridian and moved to Gainesville from Coral Springs in 1991 to attend the University of Florida. She obtained both her undergraduate (B.A.) and graduate (Ph.D.) degrees from the University of Florida and fell in love with the Gainesville community. Her education and experiences at UF have provided her the foundation needed to effectively communicate and skillfully negotiate any real estate transaction.
Jacqui grew up in the real estate industry. Her mother was a Real Estate Broker for 30 years and managed the daily operations of 140 sales associates. Many times while in high school Jacqui worked at her mother's brokerage as a transaction coordinator, learning the importance of attention to detail as well as the organizational skills required to maintain accurate and appropriate documentation for all types of real estate transactions.
Jacqui has been licensed as a Realtor since 2004 and has consistently achieved multi-million dollar producer status ever since. She is able to assist buyers and sellers with single-family homes, vacant land, condos, luxury homes, first-time homes, new construction and relocation.
She is focused, determined and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate transaction process. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed. She prides herself on being available and accessible to her customers as well as other professionals involved in the real estate transaction.
