He also holds a commercial boat captain's license, has experience in construction, rehab remodeling, property caretaking, and vacation rental management. Trace has been professionally trained in real estate sales and is inspired by some of the best in the industry. He has a keen eye for investments of all types and a knack for staging homes to show. He looks forward to offering each of his client's integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of their real estate transaction. Raised in a multi-generational real estate business family, as a child, he grew up traveling around the world and experiencing different cultures and architectural designs.
A Hawaii resident for over 30 years, Trace is an enthusiastic member of the community that enjoys surfing, boating, music, travel, and showing clients the best that Oahu has to offer. He is a family man that loves spending time and traveling with his wife and two kids.
