I began my Real Estate Career in 2004 and set out to earn my stripes the old fashioned way, through hard work and commitment to my clients and their needs. I grew up in rural Montana where I knew nearly everyone in the small farming community where I spent my formative years, later I went on to finish High School in a coal mining town and learned a little something extra about the coal industry and it's workers when I did an internship my senior year in H.S. at Montana Power and Western Energy. Ethics, Morals, Trust and hard work are the foundations to which my life was built upon. I went on to attend business school in Washington State and later worked in various corporate and medical facilities where I cultivated skills that would serve me for the rest of my life. I learned to manage others, be accountable, dig deep and stay in the task until it was finished and often had to learn that personal sacrifice is necessary in many business processes. It was with purpose and research that I ended up becoming a Realtor. I was really unfulfilled in not being able to really be myself in the business world and so I read a little book that would forever change my life. "What color is your parachute?" this book helped me determine that my skills aligned perfectly with Real Estate and that it best served my personality. So I took my tests, and researched companies and voila! here I am nearly two decades later with the same company. I really believe in the brand and all the opportunities I have been privelaged to be a part of. I work with Miltary PCS Grades and Realogy Military Rewards, Realogy Partner Programs such as AARP, Navy Federal Credit Union, and other Corporate Relocation Partners. Coldwell Banker has allowed me to serve the families of deployed men and women who serve our country and facilitate important job transfers and promotions at the corporate level of many companies that we consider household brands. I also love working with retirees as they redefine ageing and show us that aging, truly is a state of mind. I am very diversified in my field and work all areas of Spokane and it's surrounding provinces. I feel communication to be my biggest asset as well as my calm ability to problem solve and find solutions to issues and obstacles. My clients are my absolute focus and what motivates them to buy or sell or move is ultimately my agenda too. I will always tell you the facts, no matter how tough it is to hear, and then WE will find working solutions or assess what our next steps will be. My experience is what you need on your side, and I know how to get results and still achieve a workable and happy outcome that ends in keys being handed off, friendships being cultivated, and an advocate for you in every phase of the process. I am a wife, mother, believer, dog mom, avid gardener, fly fishing, RV loving, creative and philosophical being with an award winning track record in being the Best Spokane Realtor I can be.
