To introduce myself, I am a "full-time" professional real estate agent that is a CB Global Luxury Property Specialist, Waterfront Specialist (CWS), Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a New Construction Expert (NC); all this, along with expansive experience, is what I use to reach pleasing results for you!
My goal as a professional, is to take home sellers and buyers through a "smooth lifestyle transition." Fourteen years ago, I moved down here from the west coast of Michigan and I have been soaking up knowledge of all the current community details, what communities are being developed, market activities and status, while continuously increasing my skill levels, so I am prepared for any situation.
