Professional Experience:

Nick is a native San Franciscan.  He is a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker.  After nearly 18 years with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services in the Sunset Office, on January 14, 2022 he relocated to the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Pacific Heights office located at 1560 Van Ness Avenue, 2^nd Floor San Francisco, CA 94109.  Nick’s cell phone, fax, email and website shall all remain the same.  His new office number is: (415) 474-1750.

Nick’s commitment and dedication to all his clients shall always be held with the highest amount of care, honesty and integrity.   With a high level of enthusiasm and energy, Nick takes a personal interest in each of his clients.  Their needs and desires are the driving force behind his hard work.

Nick’s passion for real estate has lead him to become a true professional in his field.  Assisting clients selling and buying, residential and commercial real estate.  One of Nick’s greatest assets is listening to his clients goals and desires, then putting together a solid marketing plan to help them achieve it.  Nick’s success is achieved through honesty and hard work combined with great communication and superb negotiation skills.

As Nick has achieved many awards and company goals such as * Previews International * President’s Circle  10 years in a row (2011-2021) * Top Producer since 2005 * Top 100 Agent and Top 1% with Coldwell Banker Northern CA 10 years in a row (2011-2021).  Although; Nick is greatly humbled and honored to achieve these accolades, his main goal is to provide remarkable service for all his clients.

He is a Marketing Specialist for Luxury Homes, Investments in Residential and Commercial and an  expert in all sales including Trust Sale, Probate, Conservatorship and Short Sales.

When he is not working he enjoys strumming his guitar, fishing and spending time with family.
