Natalia Anda, a Chicago native is one of the few fortunate individuals to have an upbringing experience of two cultures, in the U.S and South America. She lived in Ecuador during her teenage years, giving her the perfect foundation to become fully bilingual in both English and in Spanish. After returning to the states she continued her higher education in Fort Lauderdale and has remained a South Florida resident ever since.
Natalia holds a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Her first experience in design as it relates to real estate was when she joined The Ocean Club at Key Biscayne. Natalia began as part of the design team during the development years. Her exposure to area buyers and her natural ability to deliver excellent and extensive customer service is what led her to want to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Natalia's design background has complimented her Real Estate career in various aspects. When working with her buyer clients she helps them visualize a property in a way that enhances its true potential. For her seller clients Natalia possesses the ability to assist a seller with ideas of how to maximize the potential of any property she puts on the market. She knows to suggest the small things that make a big difference in a buyer's eye.
Due to her talents while working with affluent clientele has helped Natalia form solid relationships that have helped her build her brand as a distinctive real estate professional. This foundation has continuously developed in such a way that Natalia's business and client base benefits from her international connections that she has nurtured throughout her career of 21 years.

Natalia is an expert in Miami's prestigious Key Biscayne market. She is also extremely knowledgeable of all neighboring vibrant real estate markets such as Miami Beach, Brickell, The Roads, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami and Pinecrest to name a few.

Natalia believes in giving back and staying active. Over the years Natalia has found great joy in dedicating her time to The American Cancer Society and the Alzheimer's Foundation being that these illnesses have impacted her life in a personal way. She truly appreciates time spent with family and friends and always looks forward to a morning of cycling and running.
