I am a multi-million dollar sales producer, Associate Manager and, seasoned probate/trust specialist at the Coldwell Banker Realty. My mission as a real estate professional is to provide exceptional service to all of my clients. I accomplish this goal by being easily accessible, vigilantly representing my clients' interests and, addressing challenges and solving problems by tapping into my 30+ years of experience in the residential real estate industry, but above all, the foundation on which I have built my success is listening. Not just hearing but actively listening carefully to my clients, my fellow agents/brokers, clients of fellow agents and anyone else who is party to a real estate matter or sharing important information.
With such formidable goals it should come as no surprise that I have built a legacy of success and a reputation throughout the greater Los Angeles real estate industry as an outstanding agent and potent advocate for my clients while still being a cooperative, ethical agent to work with in a transaction. My reputation as a good counterpart to "have across the table" is bolstered by the fact that I do not represent buyers wanting to purchase my listings. Simply put, I'm a seller-exclusive listing agent. One of the few in our community. As you can imagine, this maker me very popular with buyer's agents, which makes for very happy sellers.
Despite starting my career in the era of fax machines I have continuously embraced any and all new technology as it's become available to our industry and I have eagerly integrated into my real estate practice. Most recently, this has included a deep investment in real estate, lifestyle and personal marketing through social media, which has reaped impressive result.
My ability to bring opposing parties together through skillful, persuasive negotiation while maintaining and imparting calm are legendary in the brokerage community. My calm, steady, (and sometimes outside-of-the-box) approach to problem-solving is what brought me to the attention of management and ultimately a promotion to Associate Manager.
I am a native Angeleno and I have lived nearly all of my life across the L.A. basin area. This has enabled me to acquire vast, extensive knowledge of our great city. I attended college at Cal. State University Northridge, U.C. Santa Barbara and, Uppsala University in Uppsala, Sweden. As a result of my years in Sweden I speak pretty fluent Swedish. My general fascination with languages has inspired me to learn a little French, Spanish, Farsi and Armenian as well. My other passions include music (playing and listening), gardening, cooking (especially Thai food), painting, exercise, sports, "bad sitcoms" and of course, spending quality time with family, friends and my little Yorkie dog, Reilly.
