Before starting my career in real estate, I worked as a Vice President in the Cash Management Sales Division with the Bank of New York. Little did I know at the time that the skills learned here would serve as a bedrock of my success in the real estate industry.
After years in banking, I made a bold leap into the world of real estate. The transition was both exciting and challenging, but I was determined to apply my financial expertise to the real estate market. I embraced a career that would demand a deep understanding of pricing, market trends, and the art of overcoming objections, all while providing impeccable service to my clients.
While I work throughout Brooklyn, some affectionately refer to me as the "Queen of Residential" in Bay Ridge. My career has been marked by a dynamic mix of residential and commercial properties. I earned my Appraiser's License early on, enabling me to develop a unique skill in crafting effective pricing strategies that consistently lead to successful closings. I understand the complexities of different market conditions, whether they are appreciating or adjusting.
