In the more than 17 years I've been in real estate, my wife and I have helped hundreds of families buy or sell their home. If we're helping you sell your property, we have the ability to market the property in a variety of effective ways so you can get the best results for your real estate goals. We guide you in the transaction to limit your liability, but our passion is to help you transition through what often is a very emotional event. Spending time with buyers, finding what they really need in a home and then helping them locate and get that home is very rewarding and gives us a great sense of accomplishment.
I was a military brat, served in the military, and then worked for the military for another 16 years. I've lived in 10 states and 2 countries (as well as visiting 8 other countries), so I've moved a lot (47 times). I understand the special emotional issues that come with moving out or moving into a home. A big part of my job is making this a smooth passage for my clients.
I've worked hard to gain additional skills and knowledge, attaining the Risk Management Specialist, the Military Relocation Professional, and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations, along with the VA-Pro label. This helps me to better serve you by being able to anticipate issues and resolve them before they become problems. I can give you better advice so you can make more informed decisions. There can be dozens of forms in a normal real estate transaction and understanding the process and an in-depth knowledge of the contracts is essential. I have used this knowledge and these skills to teach and mentor dozens of other agents as a Team Leader and Agent Coach, originally with ZipRealty and now with Coldwell Banker Realty.
