As a non-competing manager, I have three guiding goals for our branch.
-The first goal is that each agent creates and executes a business plan designed to fulfill both their professional and personal lives.
-The second goal is that the agents are offered excellent educational opportunities to create a base of knowledge that exceeds industry standards. -Last but not least, the third goal is to continue building a profitable office to support our culture of collaboration and trust with excellent customer service as our guiding goal.
