I earned my NC real estate license in 1981 but I only used it for real estate investmenting until 2007 when I joined the firm of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry And Walston. I specialize in dealing with new home buyers, senior citizens, those desiring homes associated with Green Building techniques and those looking to purchase or sell luxury homes. I joined the Jim Allen Group at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry And Walston on 12/1/2009.

My transactions are primarily in northern Wake County, Wake Forest and Franklin County. Over the last several years I have had around 30 transactions a year split between both listings and buyers, with slightly more buyer clients than listing clients. My professional career before real estate was spent helping people market their businesses and now I put that expertise to work helping my listing clients reach the greatest number of people with the strongest message.

I'm also involved with my industry: In 2019 I will finish my third 2 year term as a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors' Board of Directors and I will start my 4th year in 2020 as a member of the NC Association of Realtors Board of Directors . I've also served on many community boards and committees. I was the President of the Realtor Foundation of Wake County in 2018. I am also the Co-Chairman of the Membership Committee of the NC RRC and was named NC CRS Of The Year in 2018. I am also Chairman of the CRS With A Heart Campaign for 2018 and 2019. I am the 2019 co-Chairman and 2020 Chairman of the RRAR Realtor Political Action Committeee (RPAC). In 2020 I will start a 3 year term as a North Carolina Realtors RPAC Trustee and I will begin a 3 year term as a member of the NC Housing Foundation Board of Directors . I have also served 2 years of a 3 year term as a member of the Paragon Advisory Council.
