Since 1999 Margaret has been a sales agent in the Cary office of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the largest full-service residential real estate company in the Triangle and one of the leading realty firms in the nation. A graduate of the REALTORå¨ Institute (GRI), Margaret is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Marketing Specialist. Margaret is an elected Director for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, as well as an appointed Director for the North Carolina Association of Realtors. Margaret believes in community involvement and is an active member of the Cary MacGregor Rotary club since 2009. Also having served on the Cary Visual Arts BOD working her way up to President.
