I made the move to York from Massachusetts in 1989 with my husband Hank and son Christian, who now lives in Cape Elizabeth. Having been a summer resident of York all my life, I always dreamed it would become my permanent home. After spending 15 years as a store planner in the buying department of Marshall's Department Stores, it was time for a change. What started out as a part time position in real estate soon ended up as a new passion. I began my career by selling new construction in 1990 and, before long, obtaining other listings and buyers. With 30 years experience, I am a skilled, dedicated professional licensed Broker in Maine and New Hampshire and have been part of the Coldwell Banker family since 1996. Since then, I have won several regional and national Coldwell Banker awards an earned the GRI designation in 1996. I enjoy working with everyone and have made many friends during my real estate career. I pride myself on repeat customer business and referrals from past clients and friends. I get as much pleasure working with a first time buyer on a limited budget as with a more experienced buyer looking for an ocean front estate. In my spare time I am a dog lover who enjoys the beach and taking long walks. My favorite pastime is spending time with friends and family, especially my 9 year old grandson Lucas.
