Linda Pettie, formerly of the "Pettie-Tubbs Team" has dominated residential home sales in the Capitol Hill marketplace since 1983. Her team ranked in the Top 1% of sales of nationally and has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as one of DC's finest real estate professionals.
Simultaneously, while selling real estate full time, in 1996, she and her husband also developed a very successful luxury 10-room Inn at Deep Creek Lake and ran it for 20-plus years with a full on-site staff, . Her hospitality experience developed strengths of financial acumen, property presentation, and communicating with different personality types.
Linda loves the outdoors finding time to retreat to her mountain home at Deep Creek with her husband George Pettie. Linda is also active with volunteer work as a docent at the Washington DC Botanic Gardens.
