Laura Herlo

Laura was born and raised in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. She is very familiar with Chicago and all of its charming neighborhoods.  She is a mother of 2 beautiful kids, Jasmine and Alex, and grandmother to a precious little boy, Zayn.  They are all her pride and joy! While raising her children, Laura ran her own business as a hairstylist and also ran the daily activities of the family construction company.  All of this experience gave her the ability to master the art of listening to people and their needs.  She also learned that it takes trust, patience, knowledge, and the ability to communicate well with my clients to create a long-lasting relationship. She took this knowledge and incorporated it into her Real Estate career because buying or selling a home is not just a transaction, it involves a lot of emotion, and she completely understands that.

She has been involved in construction and rehab for many years. This experience has helped her become familiar with the overall condition of properties. Laura is committed to using all of her broad experiences to help her clients make informed decisions when buying or selling.

Laura is happy to do a market analysis for her clients, and she enjoys helping them decide what kind of staging needs to be done before the property is put on the market.  After a property goes on the market, she stays in touch with her clients throughout the whole process, she promotes the property, passes on any feedback from buyer/seller agents, and follows through with everyone necessary to ensure a smooth closing.
