I'm Fred Waters, born and raised in Ohio, and a resident in Ocala since 2016. I'm married and have two boys. My background was in manufacturing management, serving the automotive, rubber and aerospace industries. I'm also a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Operation: Desert Storm. After 25 years of management and purchasing experience, I felt my skills would be put to good use helping others in a very pivotal time in their lives - buying or selling a home. I have enjoyed the challenge of finding the right product at the best value. The progression to real estate just felt like a natural course in using my communication skills along with years of experience in negotiation to help others realize their dreams. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the many amusement parks and beaches Florida provides. I also volunteer at the Villages Charter School.
