Carrie is a full-time Realtor, member of National Association of Realtors and Fort Collins Board of Realtors – and a mom of two. She and her husband, Jason, work together as a team (The Levi Group) at Coldwell Banker Realty.

Carrie and Jason are committed to providing their clients with the highest level of service and local expertise. They have an excellent track record of getting top dollar for their Sellers quickly – and under contract with favorable terms, often amongst multiple offers for their Buyers.

Before Carrie started their team, she was a Zillow Premier Agent with Windermere, earning all 5-star reviews – and prides herself on the bulk of her business being repeat clients and referrals.

Carrie grew up near Chicago, developing a love for the outdoors (especially skiing and camping) – while fostering a Midwest work ethic. She graduated from Lake Forest College with a BA in Communications.

Growing up as the daughter of a builder, Carrie has an instinct for the industry and a passion for helping people. She excels at being a fierce advocate for her clients and is your edge in this competitive market.
