My specialty areas include: Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Northeast and Northwest Valley, but as an Arizona native, I am a local authority on the entire valley. My expertise is working with both buyers and sellers. I work with many clients from out of state, investors, first time homeowners, relocation clients and repeat clients.
My goal is to sell your home at its highest possible market value in the most efficient amount of time - streamlined, fluid and least intrusive in your everyday life. I have years of experience negotiating with contractors and builders from my previous pool business. I have spent most of my career working in client relations and I enjoy working with people and making a difference in their lives. I began in real estate when many were dropping their license; when the market was at the bottom. Needless to say, I have extensive experience with foreclosures and short sales.
I provide unmatched customer service to my clients. I stay current on the state of the market, participate in continuing education, preview properties and go on agent tours to keep up with the inventory and market so I can better serve my clients. My work is my play and I truly love what I do! My mission is simple. To professionally serve my clients best interests when either purchasing their ideal property or selling their existing one. I will ensure you achieve your real estate life goals and carefully position you for the sole purpose of placing you in a profitable position.
For my relocation clients, I go to the properties of interest and face-time with the client or video the property to answer any questions or concerns they may have. If they get an offer accepted, I attend the home inspections on their behalf and contact them during the inspection summary to go over any questions they may have with the inspector.
