Kathy Butler: Team Lead
My husband, three children and myself relocated to the Columbus area in 1982. We fell in love with the people and community and decided this was our last relocation. I became extensively involved in the schools, zoning and community projects prior to becoming a full time Realtor. Those issues will always be important but, presently my main focus is on family, profession and church. Real Estate licensed in 1997 and dedicated to the profession for over 20 years. Real Estate takes up most of my time but if I have time and there is music playing that's where you will find me. I love to dance!

Jerry (my husband), licensed and joined the team in 2004. Jerry is a Buyer's Representative and brings over 34 years experience of customer service and satisfaction from the IBM Corporation. He won 3 IBM Means Service Awards and was a Services Manager for the last 21 years. Jerry is a 5 Million Dollar Club member and served 3 years as a member of the Tech Committee with the Columbus Board of Realtors. Jerry enhances the team's flexibility, support and building on the team's customer relations.

Pam Riedel: Realtor Listing and Relocation Specialist
Pam has 22 years experience in Real Estate as a full time agent, CBR 10 Million Dollar Club, OAR President's Sales Club, 2004 Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society, Circle of Excellence Award, 2004 Quality Choice Award, 1 Million Dollar Club, two terms on Coldwell Banker Advisory Council and Coldwell Banker King Thompson Pacesetters Awards. Pam is affiliated with the National Board of Realtors and the Columbus Board of Realtors. She is a graduate of Franklin University. Pam specializes with buyers and sellers in the Dublin, Hilliard, Powell, Worthington, Upper Arlington, Westerville, Southern Delaware County and Union County areas. Pam is a great asset to the team.

Amy Mancini: Realtor Listing and Buyers Representative
Amy has achieved success in all her professional endeavors. Having been born and raised in rural Madison county, she is engrained with a strong, country work ethic! After graduating with honors from the Ohio State University, Amy remained in the Columbus area to pursue a successful career in banking and mortgage. During her tenure, she accessed financial needs and assisted customers through the mortgage process. Amy has the "know-how" to make your real estate transaction easier and smarter. Her greatest accomplishments are her 2 sons, Domenick and Vincent.
